The idea of Voluntary-Bones was created by open-minded and creative students, traveling craftsmen and backpackers in Japan and Germany.
Voluntary-Bones was founded by friends from Japan and Germany to provide a forum to get to know each other through various projects and meetings. Currently this issue is more important than ever, as Japan is facing some difficult challenges. Giving moral support is the least we can do.
The site acts as a platform to keep people informed about current events and issues concerning cultural, environmental and timber construction means in Japan and Germany.
